A charge of criminal damage against a Ramsey man have been dropped.
Louis Gilbert of Reayrt ny Sleityn was excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 20-year-old had been charged with committing the alleged offence on June 27, but prosecutor Roger Kane withdrew the allegation.
Magistrates marked the charge withdrawn.
