An iconic piece of the Manx landscape has been saved at the last minute thanks to Conister Bank.
The red telephone box in Cregneash was at risk after Manx Telecom announced it was decommissioning it as it didn't make enough money.
This sparked public backlash - having long been a staple of the scenery, with tourists often posing for pictures with it.
Managing director Juan Kelly says the bank couldn't ignore the swell of support for the landmark:
