Police say part of the TT course will be shut for the next four hours because of a crash.
The incident happened at Glen Helen just after 3pm.
As a result, the course is closed between Ballig Bridge and the Cronk-y-Voddy crossroads.
Officers say it’s not expected to reopen before 7pm.
