A couple from Douglas who lashed out at security staff in McDonalds have pleaded guilty to affray.
25-year-old Craig Murphy and 22-year-old Chelsea Morgan appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
They were in the fast food restaurant at 3.15am on September 27th when a verbal altercation started between Murphy and the staff.
He attempted to strike one of them and was removed from the premises where the spat continued - the court heard one of the security staff sustained a fractured nose in the incident.
Morgan was said to be "verbally abusive" to the staff and was "slapping and striking at them".
Social enquiry reports have been requested before the pair is sentenced on July 12th - they've been bailed in the meantime.
