A couple from Kirk Michael are facing a trial after being accused of benefits fraud.
56 year old Angela Elizabeth Astick and 60 year old Robert Charles Astick of Shore Road appeared alongside each other in court.
Both are charged with obtaining a benefit for another between July 2022 and October last year - Mrs Astick denies two counts while Mr Astick denies one.
They were bailed until the start of their trial on November 28.
