Councils wants £85,000 for new prom street lights

Douglas council says it want to borrow £85,000 for new street lights on the prom.

The local authority says it's asking the Department of Infrastructure for permission to take out the loan.

It wants to use the cash to improve the new cultural area set up in the Douglas Promenade Regeneration area.
