Two members of Douglas Borough Council (DBC) have been recognised for a combined 60 years service to the authority.
Electrical services operations supervisor, Paul Davies, and refuse collector, Neville David Uren, were honoured for dedicating 40 years and 20 years to the council respectively.
Mayor of Douglas, Jon Joughin, said the loyalty and commitment shown is a 'vital contribution' to DBC's work.
He added the long service awards are the 'cornerstone' of recognising and rewarding long-term service in the workplace.
