Douglas Borough Council took to social media to share the incident.
It comes following someone fly-tipping on the Douglas Colf Course.
The board says it's particularly disappointing giving the Civic Amenity site is just around the corner.
Lastly, the council says it will prosecute if there is any evidence as to who is responsible.
