That's the question on the minds of Douglas councillors as they prepare to name a new block of flats in Willaston.
The council is trying to pick a name for the new 48-home development, as it prepares to officially open the building.
Later this year, it'll choose between two Victorians: Samuel Webb, the businessman who donated the land, or newspaper editor and political activist James Brown.
