A former restaurant in the Villa Marina Arcade is up for rent.
The 2,149 square foot unit in Douglas is being advertised at £30,000 per year by Chapman Chartered Surveyors.
It was previously occupied by Villa Fusion restaurant, which closed last year after the death of its owner.
The advert says the property on Harris Promenade could also be put to other uses, such as office or retail space.
