St John Ambulance Isle of Man is offering a series of free first aid sessions to the public.
The 'Save a Life 1000' scheme will endeavour to equip the Manx public with the required skills needed which could prove the difference between life and death.
As the initiative's name suggests there will be a number of two hour sessions offered at various places on the Island, with the aim to train up 1000 people in first aid.
