Commissioners are looking for someone to take over the Cosy Nook Café in Port Erin.
The local authority is seeking expressions of interest from companies or individuals interested in running it.
The lease would either be seasonal, from April to the end of September, or annual for up to three years.
You can submit your interest by October 4 by emailing expressions@porterin.gov.im detailing your proposals for the property.
The Cosy Nook is currently operated by Foraging Vintners.
