The cost of repairing the train that was damaged on New Year's Eve is 'in the region of £6,500.'
That's according to the Infrastructure Minister, who was asked for the figure by MHK Jason Moorhouse in Tynwald.
Chris Thomas stated that invoices for all the carriages haven't been received yet, but 13 windows have been repaired and safety glass has been updated.
The train collided with a tree which had fallen onto the tracks - nobody was injured and it carried on its journey to Port Erin.
