The final cost of the Liverpool ferry terminal may not be known for up to 18 months, according to the infrastructure minister.
Michelle Hayood says it's because legal proceedings are still ongoing, in response to a question in Tynwald from Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh.
She says the timeline getting the cost could vary, because the government's negotiating with several different parties.
The minister went on to explain what costs for the project are currently known:
Repairs on Peel Power Station to get underway
Manx Care doctor survey to be discussed by Tynwald
Weather warning for snow tonight
MHK queries safety at primary school in Ballabeg
Gales put two ferry sailings at risk tonight
Should the Island throw a birthday party for Barry Gibb?
Warning issued over icy roads
High ground could see 4 inches of snow on Saturday night
