Ramsey commissioners are giving the public a chance to win a £50 prize for naming their new street-cleaning vehicle.
The Scarab sweeper is a new addition to the fleet since the Commission took over responsibility for street cleaning from the Department of Infrastructure.
Lead member for works and development Alby Oldham says the machine will become a familiar site in the town so a decision was made to hold a competition for its name.
'Name the Scarab' entries will close on Monday, October 9.
