Isle of Man Constabulary has begun its search for the next generation to join its youth scheme.
Students in Year 10 or 11 from September 1 are being invited to volunteer and serve as cadets over two years to learn more about police work and develop personal skills.
The initiative, which was launched in 2013, aims to give pupils the chance to gain more life experience, confidence and knowledge and learn what it takes to be part of the Manx authorities.
16 places are available this year and applications can be made up until the deadline on Friday, April 17 - for more information you can contact the IOM Police Youth Scheme Facebook page or PC Michael Griffiths at michael.griffiths@gov.im .
