Congregations in Lezayre and Jurby say they are finding it 'increasingly hard' to meet the costs of maintaining the churches and to keep them warm in winter months.
Meetings will be held next month to discuss the future of some Church Buildings.
Before making any decision on the future the churches would like to outline the facts of their situation and get the views of their communities.
The meeting for Jurby is to be held in Jurby Parish Hall on Monday 9th May.
In Lezayre the meeting is to be held in Kirk Christ on Wednesday 25th May. Both start at 7.30pm.
