Manx Care says computer troubles may mean delays to appointments, test results and prescriptions today.
The organisation says it's having difficulties with its Emis system, the NHS software that links community services and GP practices.
On Facebook, it says it's raised the issue with its supplier, which is working to resolve the problems.
However, Manx Care says it doesn't know how long the issue will persist.
