Complaints system at Noble's being addressed

Concerns over how complaints are handled at Noble's Hospital are being addressed.

That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister who says it is one of his top priorities:

Howard Quayle says a new report from the West Midlands Quality Review Service on governance is currently being reviewed by the department.

The service is in the process of conducting a comprehensive review of the health service.

Mr Quayle says a new management team is key to tackling the problem:
