Questions have been raised about the quality of the Ben-My-Chree's recent refurbishment on social media.
One passenger took to Facebook, posting photos of the ferry's interior with missing lights and panels.
They also complained about a lack of space for wheelchairs, smelly toilets and uncomfortable seats.
The Ben-My-Chree is currently covering Heysham crossings while the Manxman spends around a month in dry dock.
