Last June, Elliott Storage, based in Lonan, had applied to open the facility in the Middle River Industrial Estate in Pulrose.
It's now submitted updated plans for the site, which it says slightly cuts the number of storage containers to accommodate a lift.
The firm says the facility wouldn't need full-time staff although it may need to take on mor maintenance workers.
