An company has appeared in court accused of failing to carry out work on a property in Ramsey.
Gecko Investments Limited is being prosecuted by Ramsey Town Commissioners at Douglas Courthouse.
The company denied failing to comply with a notice between April 20 and July 23 this year at Victoria Mall on Christian Street.
The case was adjourned until the start of the trial on November 15.
