A developer's submitted updated plans for flats, offices and a multiplex cinema in central Douglas.
Wyyttavin Limited, based on West Quay in Ramsey, had originally put forward plans for the Lord Street site in May.
However, it's now put forward updated plans for the scheme, which would see apartments, office space and a bus information station built on the land.
When the plans were unveiled earlier this year, Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston said the 14-storey development had been earmarked to receive money from the government's island Infrastructure Scheme.
