Ten companies have been fined a total of more than £3,000 after committing a variety of tax and national insurance offences.
All were prosecuted by the Treasury and appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The Treasury also secured convictions against four people for failing to file their income tax returns on time.
Eclipse Heating & Plumbing was convicted of five offences and Lezayre Landscapes found guilty of three.
Exempla Estate Service, Formula Fast Fit, Taste of India, Si Fulton Motors and 78 Media of Douglas were convicted of two offences each.
Nought 260 which trades as the Car Shop on Duke Street in Douglas and Three Legs Scaffolding of Kirk Michael were both found guilty of a single offence.
Meanwhile, Capital Town Limited of Castletown was convicted of three charges of failing to comply with a notice to submit accounts in support of a company tax return and three of failing to pay national insurance - it was fined £1,050 and ordered to pay £250 costs.
Falcons Nest Developments of Port Erin was found guilty on four counts of failing to submit accounts after an order, and was fined £650 with £125 costs.
