Those driving into Douglas from the south of the island are being told to 'expect delays'.
That's the message from police this morning (Monday) after traffic lights were installed between Anagh Coar Traffic Lights and the Fort North Roundabout.
It comes after a water main burst overnight causing damage to the road.
A police spokesman said: "Traffic Lights have been installed to assist with traffic flow, but inevitably there will be delays.
"Please, if possible, stagger your journeys into Douglas this morning and allow more time. Colleagues in DOI are working to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
