A Castle Rushen High School student had described the Commonwealth Youth Parliament as a 'life-changing experience'.
Luke Ennett represented the Island at the event, which was organised by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association to introduce young people to the role and purpose of parliament.
He described the experience as 'truly wonderful and self-fulfilling.'
The youth programme saw participants act as members of parliament of a fictional nation, debating a mock Bill.
This year was the 11th Commonwealth Youth Parliament, and the first to be hosted in person since 2019.
