Athletes hoping to be selected for the Isle of Man Commonwealth Games team have received media training on representing the Island.
The training was given by Sybil Ruscoe, who has worked in journalism since 1978 on national radio, TV and for the newspapers.
Best known for being a presenter on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show and Top of the Pops - Sybil is well versed in handling the UK media and says it's vitally important for young sports people to understand its impact.
