The government is committed to growing the Island's skilled workforce.
That's according to Education, Sport and Culture Minister, Graham Cregeen, as he congratulated the first group of dental nurse apprentices for gaining level 3 diplomas supported by the governments Skills Development Scheme.
Mr Cregeen added vocational training is key in making this objective possible.
The scheme offers 100 per cent of training costs towards foundational qualifications.
