CCTV has caught a couple who tried to damage toilets in the south of the Island last night.
Castletown Commissioners say they tried to flood toilets at the Town Hall on Farrants Way by blocking the sink and leaving taps running.
However, they were thwarted by a member of public who turned the taps off after seeing water flowing under a door.
The local authority says it's identified the culprits from CCTV footage, and has now reported the matter to police.
