Commissioners in Castletown say they've received complaints of youths gathering at Poulsom Park.
It's been reported at the bull ring - parts of the park are open for exercise but children's play areas are currently closed.
As a result, officials say any complaints of this nature will be reported to the Covid line for further action.
They also warn incidents like these could lead to a wider closure of the park.
