Yesterday, police appealed for information after the woman, who drove a blue VW Golf, left the tyres near the Bay Queen development in Port St Mary.
The village commissioners say such incidents are unacceptable and say waste should be taken to the Southern Civic Amenity Site.
If you have any information about the incident, which happened on July 13, you can contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
