Port Erin Commissioners say they're 'very disappointed' at the amount of rubbish being left along the beach front.
Whilst excellent weather was enjoyed across the Island last week, the authority says an 'inexcusable' amount of waste is being left on the beach, beach wall and on the floor next to nearby bins.
As a result, officials add with events, music and recreational facilities on offer in the town, they 'expect to find Port Erin beach looking its finest at any time of the day'.
They also ask if bins in the area are full for people to take their litter home with them.
