Commissioner welcomes Home Zone plans

Plans are underway to introduce a new speed limit in Onchan.

The Department of Infrastructure is proposing to make School Road a 20mph "Home Zone".

Campaigners have called for traffic calming measures after a 10-year-old boy was nearly hit crossing the road earlier this year.

Commissioner Rob Callister has championed the change but says he thinks there is more work to be done:
