Do you want to become a firefighter?
Now could be your chance as the Island's Fire and Rescue Service is currently looking to recruit.
They're looking for new fulltime and on-call team members for stations all across the Island and are offering a couple of 'come and try it' sessions this month.
The sessions will run at Douglas fire station on Wednesday, September 15 and Tuesday September, 28 from 6.15pm.
Those who turn up will have a go at hose running, a bleep test and using breathing apparatus, alongside the opportunity to have a chat with current firefighters.
You must be at least 18 years old to attend the sessions and fill in a consent form before you start, which includes Covid-19 information.
