A Colby woman has appeared in court over an alleged benefits fraud which took place over the course of a decade.
Deborah Dalgarno of Ballacry Park was excused attending when her case was called by magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
She's charged with five counts of making false representations to obtain benefits and two of failing to inform benefits authorities about changes in her circumstances.
She was bailed to appear in court again on March 4.
