A Colby man accused of assaulting a police officer outside a nightclub will appear in court again next month.
John Charles Walster of Croit Ny Glionney appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 29 year old hasn’t yet entered pleas to charges of being drunk and disorderly and assaulting the officer outside 1886 Bar and Grill on Regent Street in Douglas on August 30.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and will appear in court again on October 1.
