A cocaine dealer's suspended prison sentence wasn't unduly lenient, according to an appeal court.
Last September, Robert James Quine of Port St Mary admitted possessing the class A drug with intent to supply it after police found £1,770 worth of cocaine, digital scales and tick lists at his home.
But the attorney general appealed on the grounds Quine's two-year jail term, suspended for two years, was too lenient.
After considering the case, Judge of Appeal Cross and Acting Deemster Hopmeier said the facts had been properly considered, and declined to alter the sentence.
