Coastguards had to rescue a man who'd tried to rescue his dog from a cliff face this morning.
Douglas officers were called to Little Ness on Marine Drive at around 10am.
The man had climbed down the cliff to save his dog after it got stuck - but found himself trapped.
A coastguard officer climbed down with a line and both were winched to safety unharmed.
