Peel Coastguard was called out yesterday to help a dog which had become trapped on a cliff.
The incident happened at around 1pm after the dog's owner reported their pet was stuck.
A cliff technician climbed down to the animal and calmed it down before both were recovered.
The coastguard says the owner did the right thing - and you should call them rather than trying to attempt any rescue yourself.
