Coastguards in Peel were called out earlier this week after a woman injured herself on Peel Hill.
She was walking there on Monday afternoon, but shortly before 3pm she slipped on wet grass and injured her ankle.
Coastguards and paramedics reached her near Corrins Folly, lifted her into a stretcher and carried her to safety.
The incident lasted around an hour and a half.
