Coastguards were called out in the early hours of this morning for a medical transfer.
Douglas Coastguard Rescue Team were called at 2.47am this morning by the Marine Operations Centre.
Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 936 transferred the patient from Nobles Hospital to the UK.
The team say they were back to the station and ready for service again by 4.30am and wish the patient a speedy recovery.
