Around 500 people took part in a charity walk earlier this month and raised over £9,000.
Sight Matters' annual Coast to Coast Walk beat last year's fundraising record, with the money helping the Manx Blind Welfare Society.
It means they can continue providing access to the support, equipment, and facilities required by those with sight issues.
