A Peel restaurant which closed in May has lost an employment claim brought by two of its former employees.
Callan Reed and Nicole Crawley brought a claim against Dining By Chris Franklin over unlawful wage deductions and failing to provide payslips.
The tribunal heard the company had failed to respond to the claim, and neither had been paid their last month's wages.
It award Mr Reed £6,570 and Miss Crawley £4,120.
