A former shop in Douglas could become a new health centre under plans submitted to the government.
Glen Husada of Pinewood Grove in Douglas has applied for permission to convert the unit on Market Hill in Douglas.
It formerly housed an art shop, and more recently a model shop.
In his application, Mr Husaada says the redevelopment would see a ground-floor reception area and two first-floor treatment rooms.
