An initiative to clean up the rivers has been launched on the Isle of Man.
The Island's beach cleaning charity has now created 'River Buddies,' which aims to clean 'significant amounts' of rubbish which has gathered over the years.
It's a collaboration between Manx Wildlife Trust (MWT), the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) and charity Beach Buddies.
The project started with Laxey River last weekend.
The Manx Wildlife Trust said November's clean-up will be advertised on social media.
