Bringing back the Classic TT will cost the Department of Infrastructure around £20,000.
So says Minister for Infrastructure Dr Michelle Haywood after a question for written reply from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
He wanted to know how much it would cost after the government recently announced the Classic's return.
Dr Haywood says sweeping the course before racing, having sweepers on standby during racing and operating the TT Access Road would cost around £20,000 for equipment and staff - which could double if contingency race days are needed.
