A civil servant who was seconded to Sark will return to the Island next week to oversee the Scope of Government review.
Colin Kniveton has been working for the past four months to help establish a modern and democratic system of government on the tiny Channel Island.
Now he’s taking up a new 12 month chief officer position and will be responsible for looking in-depth at all government services, departments, statutory boards and offices.
He’ll report to a Business Change Steering Group which is chaired by the Treasury Minister.
