Passengers who've been left out of pocket by the collapse of Citywing are being urged to contact their bank.
Up to 16,000 passengers are awaiting refunds after booking with the company.
The Office of Fair Trading says people who paid on a debit or credit card should contact their card provider as soon as possible.
