The inquest into the death of a young girl from Douglas is due to open later today.
Seven year old Sophie Isabella Moolman died at the end of last month.
At 2.15pm today, Coroner of Inquests John Needham will open a hearing into her death.
The case will get underway at Douglas Courthouse.
