The Children's Ward at Noble's Hospital has gained two new machines that monitor vital signs.
The telemetry monitors help with patient assessment and the recognition of clinical deterioration.
Manx Care says the machines will manage cardiac patients on-Island and increase the amount of beds that are available at any one time.
The monitors cost nearly £40,000 and were funded by the Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust.
